Our story began in 2007 when Tim Whitmarsh and Ian Chase, with their extensive experience in the plumbing industry, had the vision to create a comprehensive plumbing and heating destination in Salisbury, England. LUCY

Your Personal Design Consultant

Lucy joined the Aquatec team when she moved to Salisbury in 2017 to be with her partner and future husband. After nine years of working as a nurse in Bath and Swindon, Lucy was ready for a new challenge. Joining the Aquatec team as a design consultant was the perfect opportunity. Allowing her to continue to meet and help people in her community, while also being a chance to learn something entirely new. After three years of dedication and learning, Lucy was deservingly promoted to Aquatec's Showroom Manager.

Lucy is a skilled bathroom consultant with a keen eye for design. She loves being creative and having fun with customers during the bathroom design process. Her background in nursing provides her with an understanding of universal bathroom design, to cater to all ages and abilities,

VICKY

Your Personal CREATIVE Consultant

Vicky is a skilled and creative bathroom designer with 13 years of experience. A true Salisbury local, she joined the Aquatec team in 2021 to fulfil her passion for helping people achieve stunning results in their renovations.

Vicky thrives on new challenges, so in 2014 she completed an interior design course. This gave her valuable insights into using colours and lighting effectively in clients' homes. Vicky is highly skilled in site visits, and will measure your space accurately to draw CAD designs that help you to visualise your ideas.

Having successfully completed over 1000 projects, Vicky takes great pride in her ability to deliver exceptional results. She will approach your bathroom design with focus and dedication to get things right the first time. Vicky enjoys meeting new people and forming lasting friendships while helping you to complete your dream bathroom transformation.

How we work

We’ll discuss all your bathroom design needs over a cup of tea.

All of our projects begin with a 1hour no obligation design consultation. The Aquatec team offer home visits to take measurements of your space to make informed product recommendations that fit your chosen style and budget.

Your personal design consultant will draw up a detailed plan with price estimates.

To help you visualise your new bathroom and compare products, we’ll create scale drawings and CAD images of your design so you can be confident in your choices. We will also provide you with a detailed quote for all products to deliver your bathroom remodelling project on budget. From flooring, fixtures and lights to washers and pipes - between our Aquatec bathroom showroom and plumbing supplies we can provide it all!

Your dream bathroom design becomes a reality.

We order all of your bathroom renovation supplies and deliver them on-site, ready for your chosen tradesperson to install them. If you need recommendations for builders, plumbers or electricians, we can put you in touch with skilled local tradies who will finish your bathroom to a high quality.

Seamless installation support.

We can liaise with your chosen tradesperson throughout installation with any products specifications and assistance right through to completion.

Our aftercare support service.
